What are your store hours right now?

Our current hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. We are closed on Mondays. These hours are subject to change, but will be announced via Facebook and Instagram, and on this website. 

 

Do you repair and make custom jewelry?

While we do not solder, we are happy to try and help you with certain earring, restringing and adhesive repairs. We are happy to discuss your custom jewelry ideas as well.  

 

Do you ship products I see on social media?

Absolutely (with the exception of live plants). Feel free to message, email info@thepaintedstoneemporium.com or call 508-347-9085. We accept payment via Venmo, PayPal and phone at the moment.

Shipping

*Please note: We do not ship live plants.

We are currently using USPS first class mail within the continental U.S. Items are ready to ship within 1 – 3 business days, with the exception of items that are made to order. Any "made to order" items are ready to ship within 2 – 4 business days unless otherwise discussed. Every order will receive a tracking number.

Returns

Plants and locally consigned items are not returnable unless otherwise discussed. Other items can be returned for a store credit or refund within 30 days of the purchase date, as long as they are still in their original and unused condition.

You can mail items back to us (buyers are responsible for return shipping costs at this time), or you can return them to the store during our store hours.

​

If items are still in their original and unused condition, a refund will be issued within three business days of our receipt, to the credit/debit card or PayPal account you used to originally purchase the items with. It may take longer for the refund to show up in your bank or PayPal account.

Please note that our store location does not have a mail receptacle.
